Tough maintenance control plan is followed to ensure maximum equipment availability for production. Lean manufacturing is carried out
at all steps to bring about the shortest lead-time for our customers. Regular training and updates are provided to all machine operators
by manufacturers to make the best use of machine potential.
Punching is a technique used to form holes into flat materials like sheet metals or polycarbonate sheet etc. A punch press is used to force a tool through the sheet and make the required holes.
The equipment consists of two main parts: One support for the punch and one for the die. Clearance is provided between punch and die to avoid jamming and sticking.
Tool bank automatically comes to the head, helping reduce tool change time to the minimum.
Whisper tools are used whenever possible to limit noise. Various kinds of sheets such as EG, GI, Alu-Zinc, Polycarbonate, CRCA, Copper, Stainless Steel etc. are used here depending on the order. The thickness of sheets range from 1 mm to 6 mm based on customer’s requirement and almost any shape of holes can be manufactured.
All of our machines are under annual maintenance contract with the supplier to ensure consistent performance.
